DESCRIPTION:Neighbors near Olson Memorial Highway are invited to help shape a collective vision for the future of the corridor—one rooted in repair\, reconnection\, and community ownership. \n\n\n\nThe Bring Back 6th Chapter of the Minnesota Communities Over Highways Coalition and Toole Design invite residents who live near Olson Memorial Highway to a multi-day design workshop to refine a community vision for the future of the Olson Memorial Highway corridor. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDesign Week activities include community presentations\, open design studios with technical experts\, and stakeholder interview sessions. DESCRIPTION:The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is meeting with the Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) for the 252/94 project. The PAC is made up of elected officials representing the impacted communities neighboring the transportation project and other decision-makers.  \n\n\n\nDuring the meeting\, MnDOT shares the latest project updates. There may be time for the public to ask questions or make comments at the end of the meeting. \n\n\n\nWhen meeting registration is made available\, register for the meeting to oppose the expansion and rebuild options for this corridor. There is local opposition\, and the project threatens to displace more than 40 homes and businesses. We know expansion doesn’t solve traffic. It’s unacceptable for MnDOT to continue with expansion options for this project. \n\n\n\nCan’t make the meeting?  Email decision-makers. \n\n\n\nTake Action
