flyer that says "share your vision for the future of the freeway"

Our Streets Minneapolis is partnering with Million Artist Movement and Mixed Blood Theatre to host a community visioning session on the future of I-94 in Cedar-Riverside and Seward.

The event will take place on Saturday, August 5 from 2 – 5PM at Currie Park in Minneapolis (500 15th Ave. S).

MnDOT’s Rethinking I-94 project will determine the future of the land that I-94 occupies in Cedar Riverside and Seward for the next 50 plus years. We want to make sure that the surrounding community’s ideas and priorities are heard, particularly now as MnDOT is collecting feedback on project options.

During the event, Million Artist Movement will be leading a power tree quilting activity to collect community feedback and priorities for the future of I-94. This information will inform directly our advocacy.

Free food will be provided and no advance registration is needed. We hope to see you there!
