Join us in letting neighbors know about the future of Olson Memorial Highway!
A new report from the Bring Back 6th coalition, a group of organizations that have been advocating for the removal of Olson Memorial Highway in North Minneapolis since 2021, unveiled three engineered design concepts to consider for the future of the corridor. The concepts emerged from a community-led process.

Now, we will continue to get feedback from community to further refine the street designs and advocate for a reconnected North Minneapolis.
Join us as we spread the word about the current survey. Materials, training, and staff support on doors provided. Also: free coffee and vegan baked goods.
Background
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is planning a major reimagining and reconstruction of the Olson Memorial Highway corridor in Minneapolis in the coming years. This project could improve safety, reduce pollution, add new transportation options, and repurpose highway land for new uses.
Community input is critical to project success. Your responses will be used to shape supporting policies, ensuring the project truly reflects community goals and prioritizes the needs and benefits of the people who live here.
