Ivan Torres

Ivan Torres is a finance and strategy professional working at the intersection of public systems, infrastructure, and institutional governance. He brings experience leading and overseeing complex portfolios across transportation, sustainability, and community development initiatives in Minnesota.
Ivan has held leadership roles in public-sector consulting and has managed multimillion-dollar programs involving state and local agencies, with a focus on financial oversight, performance measurement, and decision-making under regulatory and political constraints. He is passionate about building transparent, accountable systems that center community voice while strengthening institutional effectiveness.
Ivan holds a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in finance and strategy.
