Sofia Ledeneva

Sofia is a fellow at Our Streets through the Yale Environmental Fellows program, working on the policy and advocacy team. She is a daughter of immigrant farmers who have taught her that love is shown through action. She has worked on a variety of environmental justice projects across the Midwest using skills of qualitative research, communications, and community-engagement to further the vision of an equitable Midwest. They are a recent graduate from the University of Michigan with a Master’s in Environmental Justice and are happy to be back in Minnesota to enjoy the beautiful lakes, good food, and support Our Streets mission of transforming transportation.
