Maleah Douglas

Maleah is a creative organizer with experience coordinating culturally rooted programs, logistics, and admin support across arts, nonprofit, and youth development spaces. She’s passionate about building relationships and creating inclusive, community-centered spaces. Outside of work, Maleah is engaged in the Twin Cities hip-hop dance scene and broader artistic spaces. She also loves trying new foods, exploring local gems, and traveling.
